| Heat Treatment |
A quenching in the protective gas at 450 ~ 500 degrees and 850 to 900 degrees for 2 step preheating,
under appropriate temperature desired hardness Albright, quenching temperature: (salt bath furnace 1210
to 1230, box furnace 1210 to 1230); quenching: oil; tempering temperature of 540 to 560 degrees Celsius;
62 of the HRC (box furnace, salt bath furnace 63).
B recommended holding time of 1 hour at 560 degrees for 2 times,each time at least tempered
C to the stress of between 600 degrees to 700 degrees for approximately 2 hours, the subsequent slow
cooling to 500 degrees soft annealed in the protective gas inner and incubated for 3 hours at a temperature
of 850 to 900 degrees,and then slow cooling to 10 degrees to 700 degrees per hour, followed by air cooling. |
