Heat Treatment |
The annealing temperature is 860 ~ 880 ℃. Generally, quenching divided into two stages. Preheated in 800 ~ 850 ℃(so as not to cause high thermal stress), and then heated to quenching temperature 1220 ~ 1250 ℃ rapidly, oil cooling. In order to make the transformation of retained austenite, further improve the hardness and wear resistance, the general should be 3 times tempering, tempering temperature 550 ~ 570 ℃, each holding 2 hours. |
